Every Pod comes with a covered veranda

The windows can be closed during periods of extreme temperatures, allowing the heat recovery ventilation system to take over.

The design incorporates integrated kitchen appliances to conserve space.

An artist by trade, and gardener by passion, Allison Paschke commissioned Providence-based architecture firm 3SIXØ to build a modest cottage that would allow her to reconnect with nature. She landscaped the home’s lush gardens herself.

The couch is custom made, and is bathed in sun in the early spring and late fall. “It really warms you up,” says Matt.
